Use a microwave cover to retain moisture, reduce cooking time, and make cleaning easier.
The heating time depends on the microwave power and the temperature of the dish. At 800 watts, it takes approximately 3.5 to 4.5 minutes. Thick sauces and purees tend to take longer. Since microwaves heat unevenly, we recommend stirring the ingredients before eating.
How healthy are microwaves , anyway? Microwave radiation is completely harmless to food. As with all cooking methods, high heat or excessively long cooking times lead to nutrient loss. In fact, a microwave cooks very gently; with the correct cooking time, many vitamins and nutrients are preserved.

To start, place the food boxes in the microwave without the lid but with the cover on. Now just press the start button at the bottom right for the desired time.
